winemaking philosophy behind the V³
blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Shiraz is to make
the wine with minimal intervention so that the hand-picked
single vineyard fruit; expresses itself through the wine.

This wine
is a medium red garnet colour with a bouquet of dried herbs
and spices. The palate is a seamless blend of the two varieties
with neither dominating. There are elements of briary fruits
and exotic spices in balance with a vanillin oak character.

the wine in the glass, Sniff. Pause. What was that
you smell? Take a decent sip. What’s that you
taste? Notice the mouth feel; the wine in your mouth
