hand picked fruit from this small single vineyard arrived
at the winery, they went, “Wow! We’ve got something

Sauvignon was vinified in open fermenters; hand plunged and
basket pressed to barrel. Carefully getting the balance right
from old and new French Oak barrels has resulted in a Cabernet
that displays an attractive palate of dark fruit, plum and
tannins add length and texture to the finish, providing a
complex wine that is imminently approachable now and will
continue to develop with cellaring.
know we release our wines late; allowing them to integrate
in the bottle. Till then we get the pleasure of enjoying
change over time opening the occasional bottle to
discovery is magic.
