Age
As per liquor licensing laws in NSW, you must be 18 years of age or older to purchase wine from our online store. Wine can only be delivered and accepted by a person who is over 18 years of age at the time of delivery. If we have reason to believe that a person ordering wine is not 18 years of age or older, we reserve the right to refuse the order.

Pricing
All deliveries will be at retail price unless otherwise stated. However, all prices are subject to change without notice. Prices include Federal Government charges of Wine Equalisation Tax (WET) and GST.


Damage
If any wines are damaged in transit, please contact V³ Wines directly. We will make arrangements to replace or provide a credit for the damaged items where we are made aware within 3 business days. Damaged stock found after delivery must be returned in original carton for replacement.

Returns
V³ Wines will gladly accept returns where the products you receive are different from those ordered. Products that are returned must be in their original and undamaged condition. Proof of purchase and/or delivery date must be provided in order to action replacement or credit. No replacement or credit will be forthcoming on stock broken or damaged on the purchaser's premises.
